INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL BOOTCAMP
As part of the IPA cross-border cooperation project, the Innovative Entrepreneurial Bootcamp was successfully organized by Politehnica University of Timișoara as a face-to-face meeting during 16–19 February 2026, bringing together 40 pupils from the partner institutions: 20 pupils from Nikola Tesla High School, Serbia, and 20 pupils from Ion I.C. Brătianu Technical High School, Romania.
The bootcamp provided an interactive and interdisciplinary learning environment focused on the development of entrepreneurial competences, innovation capacity, teamwork, and cross-cultural collaboration. Throughout the activities, participants were encouraged to transform ideas into practical concepts, strengthen their creativity, and explore the role of innovation in contemporary entrepreneurial processes.
A particularly valuable component of the event was the integration of neuromarketing and consumer behavior analysisinto the learning process. Pupils had the opportunity to design advertising materials, which were later analyzed using eye-tracking technology in order to better understand consumer perception, visual attention, and the way marketing stimuli influence audience responses. This practical experience allowed students to connect entrepreneurial thinking with modern research methods and digital innovation.
The program was further enriched by the participation of representatives from the business environment, who shared valuable insights regarding career development, professional expectations, and the integration of young people into the labour market. Their contribution offered pupils a clearer understanding of the relationship between education, entrepreneurship, and future employment opportunities.
The event represented an important opportunity for students to work together in an international context, exchange ideas, and strengthen both their professional and interpersonal skills. At the same time, the bootcamp contributed to the broader objectives of the project by promoting education, innovation, cooperation, and youth engagement across the cross-border area.
Through initiatives such as the Innovative Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, Politehnica University of Timișoara, together with its project partners, continues to support the development of a modern educational framework in which young people are encouraged to become active, creative, and future-oriented learners.

Visual Communication from the Perspective of the Consumer & Emotional Intelligence at Workplace
As part of the IPA cross-border cooperation project, the workshops entitled “Visual Communication from the Perspective of the Consumer” and “Emotional Intelligence at Workplace” were successfully organized by Politehnica University of Timișoara during 23–24 February 2026 as a face-to-face meeting, bringing together 40 pupils from the partner institutions: 20 pupils from Nikola Tesla High School, Serbia, and 20 pupils from Ion I.C. Brătianu Technical High School, Romania.
The workshops offered participants an interdisciplinary educational experience focused on the development of both professional and personal competences relevant to contemporary academic and working environments. Through interactive activities and applied learning approaches, pupils had the opportunity to better understand the importance of visual communication in shaping consumer perception, as well as the essential role of emotional intelligence in professional integration, teamwork, and workplace adaptation.
Within the Visual Communication from the Perspective of the Consumer workshop, students explored how visual elements such as design, colour, composition, and advertising messages influence the way consumers perceive and interpret products, brands, and promotional materials. This component encouraged participants to reflect on the strategic role of communication in marketing and consumer behaviour.
The Emotional Intelligence at Workplace workshop focused on the development of key soft skills required in today’s labour market, including self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, communication, and interpersonal collaboration. Pupils were encouraged to understand how emotional intelligence contributes to a healthy work environment, effective teamwork, and long-term professional development.
An important practical dimension of the event was represented by the use of team-based management and communication exercises, through which participants were involved in interactive group games and collaborative problem-solving activities. These exercises were designed to strengthen leadership abilities, decision-making, adaptability, team coordination, and strategic thinking, while also encouraging active participation and cross-cultural cooperation.
By combining perspectives from marketing, communication, management, and personal development, the event created a valuable learning context in which participants were able to connect theoretical knowledge with practical and real-life applications. At the same time, the workshops contributed to the broader objectives of the project by promoting cross-border cooperation, innovation in education, and youth preparation for future academic and professional pathways.
Through initiatives such as these, Politehnica University of Timișoara, together with its project partners, continues to support the creation of meaningful educational experiences that prepare young people for the challenges of a dynamic and evolving society.
