Workshop in Academic Writing and lifelong learning process:

– has taken place from 7th till 21th of March online

– high school teachers have learned about ethical issues in academic research and writing, the most important data bases for literature sources and the main components of an academic research paper

– the result: teachers have worked in teams and proposed several draft scientific articles on the project platform

 

 Quantitative and qualitative methods

This course contains two parts: the theoretical part and the applied part, currently being developed according to the following program:
  – on April 14 and 16 in the online environment, at 17:00
  – on 21-23 May and 11-13 June , in SPM building, 2nd floor, room 203 for both groups

On 21-23 May and 18-21 June the training of qualitative and quantitative research methods took place at the Faculty of Management in Production and Transport. Through this training, the teachers from the partner high schools have acquired knowledge with which they can develop professionally. 

I Living Lab

Between September 16-19 2025, the I Living Lab took place within the framework of the IPA Romania-Serbia project, hosted by the Politehnica University of Timisoara- Faculty of Management in Production and Transportation. On this occasion, more than 50 professors from Romania and Serbia acquired new insights into neuroscience. As a result, several ideas emerged for modernizing and adapting the educational process to meet the challenges of a bold future.

Teachers Bootcamp

During October 24–25, five teachers from the pre-university education sector participated in the 18th International Management Symposium, organized by the Politehnica University of Timișoara in collaboration with the West University of Timișoara.
Their participation was facilitated by an online bootcamp organized by the Politehnica University of Timișoara, with the involvement of representatives from the IPA Romania–Serbia project.
The conference provided an opportunity for the participating teachers to apply in a practical manner the knowledge acquired during the online bootcamp. In addition, the papers presented by the teachers were recognized at an international level, reflecting the quality and relevance of their academic contributions.
Consequently, the activities carried out within the project represent a valuable framework for professional development, contributing to the enhancement of competencies among pre-university education.
